When you request beta access or sign up for updates, we collect the information you choose to send: name, email address, organization, role or title, website, organization type, WordPress status, workflow interests, current tools, referral source, consent selections, and your notes.

If you become a beta tester, we may also keep setup notes, product feedback, support messages, and practical details needed to help you test Church Comms Dashboard safely.

We use this information to review beta requests, send requested product updates, answer setup or support questions, improve the product, understand which workflows matter, and invite good-fit testers or customers into the right next step.

With your consent, product-site forms sync selected contact details to Kit so 5ox Creative can keep a Church Comms Dashboard interest list. Kit may receive your email address, name when provided, product tags, consent tags, and selected fields such as organization, role, organization type, and beta-fit details.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting 5ox Creative.

Form submissions are also stored in this WordPress site through Gravity Forms. Site administrators may review entries, private sync notes, and related operational logs. The site is hosted on SiteGround and may use normal hosting, security, caching, logging, and email-delivery infrastructure.

The public product site may use standard WordPress, Gravity Forms, security, caching, and referral-attribution cookies. Accepted beta testers who log into a WordPress dashboard will also use normal WordPress login cookies and account-session behavior.

Please do not submit sensitive pastoral care details, safeguarding reports, protected health information, payment card details, private visitor data, personnel records, confidential counseling information, or anything your organization would not want stored in a beta tool.

We keep beta and updates records as long as they are useful for product communication, beta support, operations, legal needs, or security needs. Test entries may be kept long enough to verify the product and support workflow unless removal is requested.

You can ask to review, correct, unsubscribe, or delete product-site contact information by emailing tilly@brandonacox.com. Brandon is copied on the request, and Tilly prepares the response for Brandon approval before anything is sent. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, backup, or administrative reasons.

Church Comms Dashboard can connect to third-party services when an organization intentionally configures them, such as email platforms, calendar tools, meeting tools, AI providers, or church-management systems. This policy covers the Church Comms Dashboard product site; each beta install should also review its own privacy and data-handling obligations.
