Terms of Service

Church Comms Dashboard is a hosted communications-operations service provided by 5ox Creative, LLC. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the church, ministry, nonprofit, denomination, agency, or other organization connected to the workspace. You are responsible for your users, account access, and activity in your workspace.

Paid software plans begin with the trial period shown at signup, currently 14 days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will charge the payment method on file for the plan and billing period you selected.

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually until canceled. Published prices exclude any taxes Stripe is required to collect. We may change prices for a future renewal after giving reasonable notice; a price change does not alter a period already paid.

Gifted, partner, beta lifetime, and other manually granted accounts are governed by the written terms attached to those accounts and are not converted into paid trials by self-serve signup. Third-party usage, custom development, managed services, and work outside the software plan may be priced separately.

You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access remains available through that date unless the account is suspended for misuse or security reasons.

Payments are generally nonrefundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law or when we confirm a duplicate or erroneous charge. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

Your organization keeps ownership of the content and data it enters or connects. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, display, and transmit that material so we can provide and support the service.

You are responsible for having permission to use the data you provide, for configuring staff access appropriately, and for meeting your organization's privacy, safeguarding, records, employment, denominational, and legal obligations. Do not use Church Comms Dashboard as the sole system for emergencies, safeguarding reports, medical records, financial-account credentials, or other information that requires a dedicated regulated system.

Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, harass people, send unlawful or nonconsensual communications, overload the service, or interfere with another customer. You may not resell or reverse engineer the hosted service except where a separate written agreement or applicable law permits it.

Church Comms Dashboard may connect with services such as Stripe, WordPress, Squarespace, Planning Center, email providers, calendars, AI providers, or messaging tools. Those services have their own terms, availability, permissions, and charges. You choose which integrations to authorize and may need to maintain separate accounts with those providers.

We work to keep the service available and useful, but no online service is uninterrupted. Features may be improved, replaced, limited, or retired as the product matures. We may perform maintenance, address security issues, or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary.

Beta, preview, AI-assisted, and newly released features may change more quickly and may produce incomplete or incorrect output. Your team remains responsible for reviewing drafts, decisions, and published communication.

5ox Creative and its licensors own Church Comms Dashboard, its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and service materials. These Terms give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for your organization while your account is authorized and in good standing.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

To the extent permitted by law, 5ox Creative will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount your organization paid for Church Comms Dashboard during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, material violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security risk, legal necessity, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. When practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated date will appear on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice.
